Whether you are buying a condo or house it is always the smartest plan to have a buyers agent on your side first.  Your agent is looking out for your best interest the entire time and not on selling a particular home. If you want undivided, and honest attention on your site through the entire buying process, obtain the assistance of a buyers agent.

If you register the builder may not co-operate (pay commission) with your agent after the fact.
